This is for your own protection as well, so that no one can guess at your password indefinitely.
If you have contacted CCBILL and your login issue:
- is not due to a glitch with their system,
- you have verified that your username and password are correct
- please wait at least one hour before re-trying your U/P combination
as it's always possible that you may have entered the u/p incorrectly, or spelled the captcha incorrectly.
Multiple logins from different IP addresses
will also trigger a temporary lockout of your account
to prevent password sharing and brute force attacks.
